Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified or aspiring professional to join their winning team as an administrative assistant to the agent.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

Group Life Insurance Benefits
$20,000 Base Salary plus (Additional 5k for being fully licensed, $250-$1500 Tenure raises each year based on licensing; licensing qualifies you to move into an Executive Assistant Position (35k base))
Activity based commission/bonus to reward exceeding minimum expectations of calls, quotes, and marketing efforts.
Health benefits (employer paid health and dental)
Paid time off (12-30 Days each year based on tenure; can be used for personal or sick) and cash out privileges.
Paid Holidays (Birthday, New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas; other paid off days added at agent's discretion)
1 remote day each week if meeting minimum expectations
4 day work week at the same pay for exceeding expectations (we call it Remarkable on our team)
Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agency (this is a Tier 6 position in our agency; you can advance within our agency or receive coaching on owning your own agency).

Responsibilities

Work with the agent to establish and evaluate success with marketing, sales, service, and administrative goals.
Assist in the planning and management of customer retention and appointments
Assist with Team Human Resources (updating time sheets, processing payroll, etc.)
Assist in team planning and preparation (verify documents are received, make documents updates as needed, assist with meeting preparation).
Make updates to the team calendar and send a weekly agenda.

Meet outlined expectations of your position and communicate with the agency leadership when assistance is needed to meet those responsibilities each week
Act ethically in your actions with customers, your peers, and the agency (we have a 0% tolerance for unethical behavior)
